"Light" Up In Lights

I was just trying to write "LIGHT" with a little LED flashlight.... It's a lot harder than it looks:) I liked how they came out though.

Ah! Light painting. I've tried that. It can be quite difficult but the effects are spectacular.

It was a 13 second exposure. I used the camera on tripod and used the remote to start the shot. I had the studio totally dark except for the light from my LED flashlight. Once the shot was started, I just wrote light in the air.

I think that was due to the angle of the flashlight to the camera, it is really neat though. Some of the thicker spots look like a neon sign.

This was a SINGLE LED flashlight, not one of the ones that have a bunch of led lights together. Although that may look pretty cool too.
