Microdrive PC Card Adapter drivers for NT?

The instruction manual says it supports NT 4.0 but doesn't include drivers or instructions. Searched IBM website but doesn't include anything for NT 4.0. I've spent an hour trying to find drivers that will let my NT 4.0 Laptop recognize the microdrive adapter. Can anyone help?

Upgrade to 2000 and use a USB solution..lol...According to the docs with my microdrives, only Win 9x requires the drivers. It should just work with NT without installing anything. Have you tried that. Funny thing though...I have a 340MB and 1GB drive and they came with different drivers, but the same instructions.
