I think you need to check your White balance settings.

I would also suggest increasing the contrast on the train and coach

The locomotive isn't called the Oliver Cromwell it's just "Oliver Cromwell", as if you were talking about the actual person.

how is this have ajusted colour balance ,ishot in raw all the time and most ajustments look ok do you think may be the monitor needs ajusting or my eyeballs

That looks better. In color managed FF3, it could use a bit more contrast. Be aware that what you're seeing here is probably not what some of the rest of us are seeing? Take a look at: Firefox (3.0.4) + add ons (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=602787)
