Mayor point (IMO): just cut off the feet.
Sharpness could be better I think, but it might be just that you didn't sharpen after resizing.

Exif says ISO 800 1/125s f/2.2.
I'd have gone ISO 1600 myself. I find a 85mm a bit long to consistently get sharp images at 1/125 on a 1.6 crop. (Or even on my 1.3 crop for that matter ;))
