Hello,
I made a slide show for my son's graduation announcements. I did it in Power POint 2002, saved it as a slide show then used pack and go to attach the viewer which I downloaded. I went through all the steps on the menu, but now the file will not open from the desitnation folder or in my daughter's computer that does not have power point installed. Help would be greatly appreciated. I really need to get these in the mail ASAP.

Also, if you know how to add music, I would like to know that, too. I found where you can play it at the same time, but not where you can attach it to the slide show.
thanks

Is there a free powerpoint viewer available on microsoft.com?

This won't help you out now, but you should look at Proshow Gold for the future, it's a great program, writes presentations to DVD for your home DVD/TV, VCD, web gallery, etc.

yes, I downloaded the free viewer. I wanted to do the Proshow gold, but honestly did not have the funds for that right now - graduation is so expensive. I downloaded the free version but it puts across each slide that it is made with the free version.

Well, I figured out the pack and go. If anyone knows how to add music, I have another show to do this next week. :) I'll still take that info.
thanks

You should be able to click "Insert-Movies and Sounds-Sound from File" and then browse to the music file you want to add.
