I managed to get as close as possible to this guy. Considering the slight breeze moving things around I was happy with this one.

300D/Sigma 105, slight USM and other PS stuff

thanks Dan. I was surprised when I was able to get this close. Most of the dragonflys would take off quickly, even with slow movement.
