UK East Anglia POTN members thread *NEW*

Oooh this is scary but here goes :eek:

Calling all East Anglian POTN members, inviting you to join in this totally new East Anglian group hopefully to organise the odd shoot day and generally chat about life, the universe and eveything.

I'm not the greatest organiser in the world so it might be best to see how we go to start with then take things from there.

Any takers?

Good luck with the thread. I used to live in West Mersea (Mersea Island, near Colchester) but have now moved into South East territory.

Still, if Mersea is considered to be in East Anglia (not exactly sure where the boundary is), you guys might be interested in knowing that the Regatta is on this week-end. Should be lots of shooting opportunities there.

Thanks for the word up Wendelius, I know there are several East Anglians on here, just hope they spot this thread.

I think I'd consider West Mersea as East Anglia, I think the boundary (in my eyes anyway) would cover Cambridge, Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk. Obviously blurry at the edges and its up to the individual to choose where they consider themselves to be located.

An embryonic East Anglia group takes tp the ether. What type of photography do we all prefer. For me it's Portraiture in the summer (No Studio) and Landscapes this time of year.
