Shipping time? !

Hope ya'll doing great =D

Well, see, i've never ordered throuhgt BH website nor Alienbees.

My parents are going to a town called OLIO somewhere near Boston I think to my aunts house in about 2 weeks.

I've been trying to convince them to buy an AB800 + boom + lightstand and beauty dish with its grid.. they told me last night that it was ok then, that we should order it this weekend for it to be delivered to my aunties house over there and they will bring it back when they come back =D ..

So my question is, how long will it take with the normal shipping options to get to OLIO, boston. ?

Boston to NYC is ~ 176 miles as the crow flies; so expect 2 day delivery after it ships.

(B&H is based out of NYC with a warehouse nearby)
Do you know what the weight of this will be; and how much your parents airline will charge to bring it back to SD with them as additional luggage?

UPS should be able to get it there the next day VIA ground. Portland to Seattle is next day, about the same distance.
