Is there any bracket that can be used to hold a reflector on a tripod or light stand?
And what would a good reflecter be to buy to start out with (size and colour?)
I really could have used one last night :)

I have a light weight stand that can extract the broom part from the center column. And it has clips to attach reflectors or panels. I can't remember the manufacture of it, it might be a Photoflex since I buy alot of their equipment. However it might be a Savage one, since most of my lightstands are Savage....lol
As for size a 30" circular is pretty general purpose. It just all depends on what you are shooting.

Are these for the PhotoFlex LiteDiscs? PhotoFlex (naturally), Impact and Matthews versions are all listed at B&H. Pretty much anyone who makes a LiteDisc-type reflector will have one.

I have a couple of the Photoflex Lite Disc holders, which are a boom with adjustable clips on them that can hold a reflector, gobo or light panel with one or two clips. It fits on the broze stud of a light stand like an umbrella holder would. I have a number of the Lite Discs as well. They are great for a lot of things and fold down to next to nothing.
