I was wondering if any one could help me with contracts that determine the useage? I don't mind the girls using the images for their portfolios and they were promised CD's by the designer of all the pixs. I would like to limit their use of resale. I do intend on copyrighting the images with my name.

You'd want to include the following:

What shots are to be used, when they are to be used, do that have rights to make copies, or circulate? If they do, how many? Or can they they have unlimited use of the photos, but only during a specific time period. If you're tryn to make money off of the pics, don't alllow them to resell them. Specify the photos are only for their use. No resell, to licensing, no transferring to other parties is to be done by them. Hope that helps.
