Just returned after a fabulous (if rather hot) two weeks in the US. Hope you like my small selection.

1. Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
If only the team was as pretty as the stadium.

2. By The Dawn's Early Light.
Sunrise over the Capitol Building and Washington Monument.

3. Arlington National Cemetary, Arlington, VA
A very moving place. Just seeing the lines of grave markers....

4. Good Morning Mr President
Abraham Lincoln presides over another Washington sunrise. A treasured memory being on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial watching a new day begin.

Nice capture, especially Camden Yard - fish eye. Did you hand hold that? The shutter speed was pretty low.

Thank you.

Yes, it was a hand held jobbie. If I remember correctly, I might have been leaning through a railing and getting some support from it.

Great shots, swifty. I have always thought Washingto, DC is one of the most photogenic cities (along with London, Paris, Rome, etc). Glad you found it so.
