Want to have my copyright in my photos

I understand what he means, but don't understand how I can create an recording action
I have PS 2.0.
Maybe this option is not available in PS 2.0 but can you tell me how I can do it else ?

Sounds like you are referring to a batch job to alter multiple photographs instead of doing one photograph at a time.
I didn't even know you could still run PS 2.0 - are you talking Photoshop or Photoshop "Elements"?

window>actions to show the actions tool box. If you haven't done this before, write down the 'actions' you're going to take to accomplish whatever you're setting out to do. Then follow his instructions from 'creating a new action'. Once you've done it once, it'll all become clear.
