Some more pics from a rainy morning at the local refuge nearby...
Unfortunately when he/she popped their head back above the water he/she didn't have anthing in her beak. I was fumbling with a wet camera at the time and would've blown the shot anyway.
I did get a pic later with her/him with food in their beak, but the image had some reeds in the foreground in front of bird and I had the ISO set too low and the beak's blurry.
