Hello, new here. I am currently using PSElements 2.0 as my main editor. Is there a way to save my editorial work in progress? so that I can later open and still un-do what had been done or play with the layers. Also is there a way to record the steps taken so I can remember what to do later with the next image? or even apply the steps on one image to annother, like I can do in Digital Photo Professional???

Thanks,

Erm, surely you save as a PSD file and all layers stay intact. Next time you open, you just go to the layer you want to tweek. you cannot UNDO something once the file has been saved and closed and then reopened because history state is never saved. Take a screenshot of history and add as a layer in your original PSD file if you want to know the steps you took.

History is NEVER saved. Either write yourself a tutorial or find one on the net and bookmark it or just plain remember. YOu will start to remember techniques the mroe you do PS work.

Yes you can record with Actions.
