Canon service in USA or CANADA?

Im in Canada and i would like to send my camera to get cleaned and serviced, i noticed that it has issue back focusing(or at least i think thats what you call it). Where should i send it, US or CAnada(Ontario).

What type of $ would i be looking @ for this type of service.
