sigma 600mm f/8 mirror lens

Any one have any experience with this lens? Experience mounted on a D60? I don't have a great need for a telephoto lens except on occasion.
How does this lens perform?

I use 600mm f/8 lens on my D60 and the performance is good. If you are patient and dont have the need for speed some of the results are truly wonderful.
For the price and value for money I would give it 8 out of 10

I also have a 600mm Sigma - However it is a FD mount and works a treat on my A1.
Does anyone know if the FD mount can be changed for an EOS mount?

AHHH f8 sooo slow. Mirror lens dont have the sharpness as a normal 600mm lens. They also make little 0s in the photo which is a cool effect. I would advise you dumping that lens and buy a normal 200 or 300 mm lens. With the 1.5 ratio in effect it should be long enough.
