I'm having a lot of problems with the focus on my 10d camera. i really do not know if it is the lens, the camera or if it's simply how it works and i should be more careful.
Also i'm having problems shooting when i need to underexpose... anyone having the same problems?

Hi... I have the new Rebel XT and the focusing is pretty much hit-and-miss. I'm not sure if your 10d has multiple AF spot sensors... mine does and I've switched them all off except the middle one. I basically focus on the center, hold the shutter button halfway and re-compose. So much for fancy multi point focusing systems.

It is difficult for anybody to offer a solution without details. There could be something wrong in the lens, in the body, or wrong with the user. You don't tell us what exposure mode you are using, what kind of lens, or if you are using flash. You don't show us typical problem images with EXIF. Has the camera been that way since Day One, or has it suddenly developed these problems? Did you purchase it new or used?
