Differnt ideas for beach shoot

Any different ideas for beach shots besides jeans or khakis and white shirts?

are you photographing males or females or both? will it be adults and kids, just adults or just kids?

for women and young girls a white or light colored sundress and some pretty flip-flop type sandals are nice. Something like this (http://www.garnethill.com/jump.jsp?itemID=18896&itemType=PRODUCT&RS=1&keyword=18785&origref=http%3A//www.nextag.com/white-sundress/search-html) would be really cute for little girls (kinda pricey but maybe they already have something similar)

for guys/boys Im not sure. Ive always loved the khaki/white shirt for beach photos for boys.

I personally do not like the way white looks. When you got white beach sand, the whole picture just looks too bright. I've seen some familys wearing black shirts kaki shorts, that looks pretty good. I had one family wearing different colors, some light and some dark, that turned out real nice. I like that sundress suggestion too.
