This is the first time I've ever shot fireworks. Also the first time ive used a tripod w/ my G10. Any opinion is welcome, be as harsh as you want.

#5 as well, although 8 is a totoally awesome firework, it looks like a hibiscus flower

I wish I had it in better focus though. I forgot to turn off the auto-focus and use manual instead.

Well, let's see.

a range of shutter speeds, 15 seconds yielding the best results (#5)
wb set to sunlight
focus SHOULD have been set too infinity
-also: tripod required, use 2 sec timer to avoid tripod shake
