I did this shot during the 2005 cherry blossom festival in DC. Is this a good shot? you won't chastise me for NOT having a Canon Digicam will you? Thanks

Hi. I love the emotions it invokes. I agree with Tim and Kenyc - tough conditions. Composition-wise I would like to see a clear subject - not sure where to look. I also feel like the centre of interest is too strongly across the horizontal centre - would love to see more trees, less grass - which would then put the line of people on the bottom third rather than the middle. When I look at it I see several great photos, but they'd be better on their own. Get a bigger lens, or get closer and try telling 3 or 4 different stories rather than one confusing one.
Hope this helps. As I said, very emotive, but needs some focus in terms of your vision.
