I love the photo. The splashes of irridescent colour look terrific and the angle is excellent too. I've never managed a decent in flight photo yet.

Thanks. you know I have to take a lot of shots before I get a decent one. There are so many things that have to go right. Keep trying.

I will keep trying since the shots are sooo cheap. Just hope I get one like yours eventually.

Thanks for the compliment. Do you have any place where thes animals are not so afraid of you? It makes setting up the shot easier. This was taken at a pond nearby that is full of ducks, and people feed them. They are wild, but are always looking for a handout. I just sat where the lighting was good, and waited for them to leave.
