Try San Ysidro in San Diego. The place is a mess.


But for true gang graffiti, it's Los Angeles.

i've heard underneath 6th st bridge is a great location, but over used. not to mention the safest area to be in with expensive gear. my buddy who's PD that works the area said to call him up to help secure the area.

i dont' live too far from COI, although i haven't had much time to scout the area.

yah for sure, i live in walnut which is just like 2 miles from COI..i was thinking of the wheel groups' "TWG parking or area, its on Fullerton x Gale

Theres a new mini shopping center also just 1/4 mile east of TWG, which I noticed had a underground parking
