Great photos, I get loads of "funny" photos by email at work and Photshop jobs that are brillant and I was planning to have a group of them on my flickr page, but was worried about copyright. Considering they have all gone around the world a few times from email to email, I doubt there would be a problem, what do you think? I would love to share some of them. The Meerkat is too funny.

16" guns! I can't imagine what that would sound like! They're supposed to have moved the whole ship sideways!

i heard that many many times while in the navy. if the big guns went off it would move the battleships sideways. the more guns the more movement to the side.

I don't think I've ever come across a larger picture of the USS Iowa firing like that. That's about the biggest picture I've seen. So no chance in blowing it up.

We need one of the Japanese Yamato (largest battleship ever made) firing like that. Too bad it didn't survive long enough for high quality pictures of it. :p
