Welcome to POTN. The first picture is really distracting, it might be a good shot, but it was hard to tell. The third one is a tad over exposed and the horizon (fence) isn't straight. I do really like the little girl and her horse theme. Keep posting this is a great place to learn.

First one is ginormous? I think they are all OOF and the tilt does nothing for them.Some really harsh lighting in that sun eh?

sorry but I dont like the tilt at all, I couldn't even view it properly, I'd much rather see it straight up and down.

All look a little soft - possibly not helped by a higher-than-apparently-necessary ISO 800 setting. Were they taken with the kit lens?

For the last shot I'd have used flash to lighten the shadow on the girl's face.

Of the bunch - I like the second one the best. WB looks off to me on the other two. It's really hard to critique the entire pics cause they're so ginormous that I can only see half a pic on my screen at once. Need to make em a wee bit smaller ;-)
