Ok, so now I've started shooting models...doing mainly all TFCD work so far to build my port and my skills. I've gotten a couple emails from girls asking for my rate to shoot. No problem. But what does one do with all these photos that they've taken. Is there anyway to make money off them? What do you do to make money off photos you've taken on a TF basis?

if you've got model releases and they understand you plan to sell the images. you could sell them to stock photography companies.
then I think you're supposed to get royalties on them each time they are used unless you give up all your copyright protection on them.

If you have a signed model release and you were upfront with the model about wanting to sell the images, then you should not have any issues. As you own the © to the images and can do whatever you want with them.

Ok, I have signed model releases and they state I can do whatsoever with them and that I can reproduce them, yada yada yada...With that do you have to tell them up front, i'm taking these photos of you and am going to sell them or is that just good business?
Anyone here sell their photos of models?

if the model read the release, i'd assume its understood that you have intentions of making money with them.
if you model release states that you will not use the images for commercial use or reprint without the okay, then obviously you'd have to ask.

The model release that i use, that I get from Calumet in a little card pad format say...
"For valuable consideration I hereby Irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by you, or anyone authorized by you, of any and all photographs which you have this day taken of me, negative or positive, proofs of which are hereto attached, for any purose whatsoever, without further compensation to me. All negatives and positives, together with the prints shall constitute your property, solely and completely"...
