Camdapter Manfrotto Plus with Bogen Imaging 323 RC2 System Quick Release Adapter?

does this setup work? i just ordered the camdapter manfrotto plus so i can put this on my 5d and use the e1 handstrap with it. i also have the blackrapid rs-4 and i want to connect the fastenr-2 to the Bogen Imaging 323 RC2 System Quick Release Adapter and prolly locktite it down so it doesnt move and have myself a quick release when i need to put it on a tripod of change bodies. does this work with the camdapter manfrotto plus plate? also another question. the quick release adapter strong enough to be hanging off the rs-4?

I wouldn't do it. The only QR system I would trust like that would be an Arca-Swiss twist knob. The 322 can be converted to Arca-swiss. I did mine long ago.

hmm...i wonder if i add a safety latch using the other loop and connecting that to the d-ring on the quick release adapter as a precaution would be ok.
