Canon Irvine service email?

Anyone have a contact email for the Irvine service dept? I'm just trying to find out what it would cost me to have my 10D focus checked (out of warranty) and if I need to include my lenses.

I haven't had much luck reaching anyone by phone, and the support options from the Canon website is just to customer service who can't tell me anything more than box it up, send it in and wait to hear.

you can walk down there. they are quite friendly. Specially when they want to come to our cafeteria for lunch and dinner...lol

Canon is right next to Broadcom(where I work), and those guys come to our cafeteria because their sux.

There isn't a "number" publicly for Irvine. However I have said before, I have just gone over and have them look at my lens.

I'd love to, but unfortunately I'm 500 miles north! I've tried reaching them on the phone at the number the customer service rep gave me but I just get menu hell so I was hoping someone had a way to email them or any option other than me boxing up my camera and sending it to them for who knows how long :(
