Nice pics but not ANG. Army Guard I would guess as the ANG only operates fixed wing aircraft and it says Army on the side.

This would appear to be at the Vertical Challenge show in San Carlos? Since you asked for C&C, the CAARNG bird in the second picture looks a bit off in color and grainy. The first one looks good other than a loss of the end of the rotor in the top left of the picture, and yes, you have nice rotor blur.
