1) Nice capture. However the eyes look very dark. I think your image would come to life more if you were to lighten the eyes or provide catchlights.

2) The background is your worst enemy on this one. The cars int he parking lot are definitely hurting your shot. The poses are great, and the idea is fun. But, I think it would of worked better at a park or somewhere with a less distracting BG.

Thanks for the CC... I agree on both counts.

#1 I do "pop" the eyes on all my images, but brown always poses a challenge, and hers are so deep, it's really kicking my Arse...
I refuse to flash, and only use available/natural light... It's just a personal choice. Not preaching.

#2 is totally my fault. I could have set that up anywhere, but it was the last few shots I took during a long, hot shoot. It just came to me, and I got lazy instead of asking them to go back to where we were shooting. A more shallow DOF may have helped, but not really.
