I know that PW MiniTT1 can trigger on board speedlight flash and trigger off camera flash but I was wondering if there was a way to trigger one speedlight and one off camera with cybersyncs. I don't have the money to spend on the new PWs right now but was looking to add a little fill.
Here is what I have that I want to set up:
1 580ex
2 285hv
2 CSR
1 CST
I don't want to buy any more triggers and receivers. I hope this makes sense.

The CST can be triggered via the PC port on your camera (assuming you have one) leaving the hot shoe open for a flash.

If you want to fire the shutter and have the camera fire an off camera flash via radio using CyberSyncs, you will need a minimum of two transmitters and two receivers.
One set for the cameras shutter, and another set for the off camera flash. Each set would need to be tuned to a different channel setting

Sorry if I misunderstood the question. Lon's answer has taken it another direction.
In Lon's configuration you could also use a Cybersync receiver as a transmitter (in repeat mode) to fire the receiver attached to the shutter. You would still need a tranmsitter in the hot shoe on a separate channel to trigger the OC flash. While it's an interesting set up the receivers are actually more expensive (by a few dollars) than the transmitter but most folks generally have more receivers than transmitters.
And of course you'll need an RC shutter cable. I have one from www.flashzebra.com that works great with my Cybersyncs.

Thanks for the additional info, I had forgotten that the CyberSync receiver can also act as a transmitter in repeater mode.
I need to personally look at that functionality more closely as it may provide opportunities I have yet to visualize.

You learn something new every day. Lon should change his description on the web page.
