I like the composition and POV here, but the shot is a bit dark lacks contrast - too much mid tone grey. I can't tell for sure if its because of the colors or the conversion.

^ Agreed. It's a nice shot, but with the background and the floor very close in tone to her skin it loses a lot - especially in b&w. Maybe try again with a different background.
