I just bought this today. It has a bundle of rechargable batteries 4x (2000mah). How many clicks should I expect in every fully charged set of batteries using my 430EX II in full power?

I can't give you an exact match, but my 2600 mAH batteries in 430EX II last me ~300 shots with ~ half power, so I would imagine you're not going to get 100 shots at full power and 2000 mAH batteries.

eneloop batteries also has 2000 mAh right?

Yes. I don't know about the new Duracell (eneloop renamed) ones they might be higher.

At $55 it is a little spendy, but the Maha Powerex MH-C9000 is an excellent charger. It is great at charging, conditioning, analyzing, cycling, forming and discharging. The interface could be better, but its not too bad. It will definitely extend the life of your batteries.
