This probably isn't the perfect place to ask, but I figured that with this many people that are into optics in general someone has an informed opinion.

I will be in Montana antelope hunting (no anti-hunting politics please, just don't respond if you don't like it) and am looking for a lower cost scope that is of decent quality. I don't need anything special since all of the hunting will happen in (possibly overcast) daylight - no sunrise or sunset time type stuff. Any suggestions?

They have selection and have customer comments. I have a Nikon Pro Staff that's great but $$$.

This is much like picking a good lense, you will get what you pay for.

Bushnell makes several lines that are "good for the money" Swavorski is the best I have used but it is way high in price, with Nikon in the middle, but there are a bunch of others, but the mid range Bushnells are what I can "afford" so that is what I use.
