Can anyone tell me how to get the firmware update for my G2?
Here's my situation. I downloaded the update at work and forgot to send it to myself at home. I came back to work the next day only to find out that the update was deleted off my system at work.
I know you need the serial number in order to get the update, however, when I went back to Canons site and re entered the serial number, only to be told that my camera has already been updated.
I don't know how vital the update is, but I like to stay on top of things. Can anyone please help me out in getting the update? TIA!
