Really nice shot. I like the way it takes me from the dock, into the cove, and out to sea... Might benefit from less brightness in the upper right - it tries to steal my attention. Thanks for sharing.

I was about ten minutes late for sunset, by the time I took this the sun was to low. O well next time.

The further processing that djonto added to the photo certainly makes it pop out more and is very pleasing looking. I guess it gets back to what the scene looked like and what we can make it look like. The light when I took the picture was very flat as the sun was pretty much over the horizon with a little left on the right side to add a spash of gold. The proccesing I did left the photo as to what the scene was but it's all a matter of one's own taste.
