XTi with a EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS on a tripod.
It was pretty hazy last night, but I think it turned out OK.

nice pic,loads better than my first moon pic. next time make sure the seeing is better.. makes loads of difference and use the mirror lockup if you havent already. ady

We were kind of impressed with how well it did turn out in spite of the cloud cover.
Camera was using mirror lock up.

It's very nice especially for your first moon image . However it is just a slight bit soft but some USM can probably take care of that . BTW Who are "We" ??

Thank you Celestron. I'll play with the image a little more. It's basically straight out of the camera as it is.
As to who "we" are. My wife and myself. She's behind the camera and I'm behind the monitor.

That's nice...my other half's always inside while I'm out imaging. Not the slightest bit interested, she isn't. :(
