Home with sick child

Hi everyone. I was planning on going out and doing some shooting when my wife told me I needed to stay home with my young son because he was sick and could not go to school.

I started looking around the house and gathered a few things up and set them by the window.

What do you think? Any suggestions?

Looks nice, I like the different textures. Good natural lighting too. I might remove the plant hanger from the green pot though.

You are right, I was kind of thinking that whole upper right hand corner needed to be cleaned up, including the flap of drape
