I'm running Windows 2000 with ZoomBrowser EX V3.4.4.7, and I've run into problems with W2K Users.

My login is an Administrator, and I can download pictures from my A200 fine, but the other users in the family are Power Users, and the SW refuses to connect to the camera.

I suspect it is something to do with User Permissions etc...

Anyone have any clues?

Damon,

Try updating your Zoombrowser, there is a known bug detailed in this article;

Thanks Jamie, but that update doesn't apply to my version.

I did have success finally, though!

I set the other users to "Administrator" level, logged on as each in turn, and connected to the camera.
The SW set whatever it needed to set and connected.
I then reset the other users back to Power User, and checked the operation -- everything works fine now.

Ah, Windows 2000...ya gotta love it (not)...
