I recently came across a wonderful photo gallery (http://www.chewyphoto.com/) that featured some really unique and wonderful post processing and colour techniques (especially the blue eyes gallery).
I found that the "Monday Morning" filter in Niks Efex gave a similar look, and the photographer who owns the above gallery gave me some tips in doing it myself.
I'm not sure if I like the effect I got, but perhaps it only works with certain images.
The original of the image is found here (http://images2.fotop.net/albums/sharpnsmart/012005/IMG_4732.jpg).

Hello Drisley.......I agree, wonderful gallery that Daniel has.......I have been there often and love looking at his kid shots........the effect you are getting seems more subtle and I think youhave to take it over the top.......but interesting nonetheless because it totally changes the feel of the photo.

Thanks schmoelzel.
He definately has a great eye doesn't he?
I will try taking it up a notch or two. What do you think? More contrast?

The original is a lot better. The white balance is off in the edited version.

Thanks Hellashot.
I dont think this method is known for colour accuracies. I think it's supposed to be a little more artistic. However, it may only work well on certain images.
