I've read on this forum about a protectant that can be applied to ink jet prints to protect the finish and prevent fading. Can anyone expand on this a bit and perhaps mention a brand name and where it may be purchased?

Bryan, I haven't used any of those sprays myself, so have no particular recommendation. Here is a link to Inkjetart.com. They sell several different brands, They're listed about halfway down the page. I can recommend Inkjetart.com. I order inks and papers on a regular basis from them. Not the cheapest, but good service ,selection and knowledgable.

I have used lumijet spray coating with good results to date.
Just make sure, if possible, that the print has dried for 24 hours first.
