This is a photo of my little French Bulldog puppy. Being a total newbie to photography I thought I'd just shoot the things I had around me. I think the DOF is to shallow but comments would be appreciated.

Cute. I think an even tighter crop would get rid of the little things to the side and top. Looks good!

Next time try toget a little lower so your both at the same eye level, can make a big difference..:)

General opinion is better cropping. Trying to "train" my eye to see these things.
