shot this photo this afternoon sitting by the highway practising my panning technique.....did some motion blur to the background because i did not like the background too much...there was motion blur but i just wanted to blur it somemore.....

Good result with that blur. It makes it. Must have been hard work for the mouse getting all the "thru-window-interior" background blur done.

With a bit... well, a lot, of practise, you should be able to get that much motion blur without using photoshop.
