Ok, as I stated in my previous thread, I've been going through a drought. Hoping to kick up some new styles for myself.

The thread "Abandoned Trailerpark" gave me some inspiration to get outside and photograph some of the interesting stuff outside my apartment building (also an antique shop)

This image had NOTHING in color, thought it came out kind of neat in B&W

This image had NOTHING in B&W, but the color struck me as intriguing for some reason.

I like this shot but it seems like it needs some more PP to make it really pop... cant figure out what, though. Maybe I should get a bit closer and do a bit more of a wide angle shot on it next time

Now the grill, I processed it twice because I liked the color but it didnt "feel" right as is, so I did some heavy post processing...

Then I though "hey, this would probably look good in B&W"

Which do you like better? Anything I could do to better either one of those?

And then there is the last shot, the one I am most undecided on. I kind of like it, but really dont. What do you think?

If you have some time, please critque these to their fullest. Don't be shy, Im trying to spark something new and improve my photography and post processing skills and the only way I'll do that is if people tell me what I am doing wrong (or right, but probably more wrong than right)

#1 Trailer Home: Looks great!
#2 - Flag: I like it except for the cardboard box - the flag is super - totally unreal!
#3 - USA Plaque: Ehh - Not doing it for me - Maybe if the decal was a little rusted out, so the detail showed more? As it is, I really only see the I and the A. Might try a flash at a very shallow angle to the trailer so the letters throw shadows on each other?
#4 BBQ: Cool in B&W - a little plain on it's own, but as part of the series, it holds up well.
#5 Chicken and Filbert Tassels?: I need to see the filbert tassels a little more clearly - maybe a fill flash would let you get a smaller aperture and more DOF.

Cool concept in the series, overall - a few modifications and they would fill the wall of an indie coffehouse nicely.
