This is the new bridge over the Cooper River in Charleston, SC. It's not open yet but I got a chance to go over it today. Taken with the 24-85 f/3.5-4.5 on the Digital Rebel, Av mode at f/8.

Yes, the Cooper River Bridge is the end of Hwy 17 S. The new bridge is due to open this Summer, and it is awesome!

Way cool! After seeing all of these images of Charleston and its gothic inspired architecture, I'm trying to find a work realted reason to get there!

Way cool! After seeing all of these images of Charleston and its gothic inspired architecture, I'm trying to find a work realted reason to get there!


We have a ton of history here! The City is beautiful and there is a lot to do. From PLantations, along the Ashley River to the barrier islands, like Folly Beach. There is something for everyone.

My wife and I are planning a trip there sometime this summer will be the first time since i was 10. Like the shot!

Great shot, I just watched a program on Discovery last night about the construction of that bridge.
