Shot with 20D / 70-200 IS / 1.4 Teleconverter. A few pictures from a game between two of the top HS teams in NJ. Which do you like best? Thanks....Don

Well I took a good look at the pics. I am trying this sort of stuff -boys soccer- with only a 50mm at the moment, so its good to compare speed blur etc. You have nicer backgrounds. Good colour but I'd like to see the exif. Do you use the center focusing point? ISO 200? Shutter locking AF and AE?
Details from a tele and Conv are good. They seem to wear different footwear (I know zero about that sport - but it sounds froggy). The mouthguard look is classic.

They all nice shots, but if I have to pick one, #2, I like the stop action midair shot.

#2 by far. Talk about putting your all into a shot!
Great timing and capture.

Love the first two but the crowd in the third shot need to be more out of focus IMHO
