I'd like to be able to fire 2 exII speedlights from one receiver. Can the jrx's fire more than 1 flash?

Not sure but try an audio splitter from radioshack (mono or sterio, again not sure) then let us know.

Yes, you can get a stereo or mono splitter either will work.
