Hey all. I did a new shoot with my wife, aka Honeypie...
As suggested by some of you fine cow folks, I used natural light.
The shoot went on until sunset over the Colorado mountains...
Please provide some feedback.
Wich do you like?
Which do you dislike and why?
How can I improve?

I like the last one, but would like to see the background blurred out.

Lovely shots, a great model and excellent lighting although I think the fourth should be darker and yes the background in 5 is distracting......I do like the lens flare shot. All in all it looks like you had a great afternoon of photography!

I like how you used the light as a main element. Remember to expose for the highlights. The pic could be a tad brighter.

Nice shots! The 1st could use a bit of flash/bounce fill, but I like them all.

I like them all, but perhaps, just once, she could smile? Very serious, she is.

I was going to say pic 2 was my favourite, and I think if I was pushed I would, but I actually like 1,2,3 and 4.
I would possibly have liked 5 more if you had ever so slightly thrown the bucket from the well out of focus, so as not to distract from the model as much.
Photosguy is right. Shot 1 has a lovely feel to it, but a bit of fill flash would have improved it significantly.
Nice work. Keep shooting. BANG! BANG!

Very nice work on lighting and backgrounds for No.'s 4 and 5! I would be careful with the cropping on these but your cropping on the 1st one works really well.
I too would like to see her smile while she looks straight into your lens :D
Also, love the hat!
Oh and by the way, I'm not a "Cow Folk". I live in NYC so that makes me a cement head :D
Nice work.
