Alien Bees CRT1?CSRB+

I have the CST1 along with the CSR recievers I use with my b800, they work great. I also bought two CSRB+ for my 580EX flashes after going the flash zebra and getting the hotshoe foot with pc port replacement for the 580EX they worked grat also. The other week my wife dropped one of my flashes,(it didn't handle the fall very well) so I purchased the 580EXII but I can't get the flash to fire with the reciever hooked up. Is ther some custom function or something I'm missing'

No, the light blinks red once but does not fire, it will fire the 580EX but not 580EXII

Maybe its the sync cord that came with the CSRB sometimes it doesnt fit snuggly or could be loose when connected to the 580E2's pc port. try a different sync cord...it may be just a loose connection.
