I saw this proud old man on another fauna survey - isn't he beautiful.

Would have been nicer to get closer but A challenge also I would think. He is beautiful.

It must be summer again in Oz -- but I don't know your seasons !

Anyway, very, very nice. Eland"s a bit closer and more intimate shot (could be my new dog zOie).

Yours says summer, thanks to the foreground shadows. I feel the sun here, and am reminded that shadows themselves can be a great subject.
