incase dslr sling

i have an upcoming trip to new york and bought a whole bunch of stuff for the trip. now all i need to complete everything is a bag and the incase dslr sling pack is PERFECT for my trip. only problem is that incase has been out of stock for a couple of weeks and its not too sure when they'll get more in stock. anybody got the inside scoop on this bag at incase as to when it will come back in stock? i leave for new york on Oct. 1 so to be on the safe side i think i would at least need to order it by the 15th at the latest for it to hopefully get to me in time (im in hawaii). has anybody seen this bag at any other store other than the goincase.com website?

wow....if you wanted that bag, then i hate to be the bearer of bad news buddy, but i've been wanting that bag for more than a couple of weeks so i literally check the site everyday to see if its back in stock. i checked early yesterday morning and it was back in stock so i quickly ordered one. i checked on my order this morning its already been shipped and should be here on friday. however, when i clicked on your link to double check on the bag just now, its already out of stock. interestingly enough, i called incase on monday and they said they should have a large amount back in stock by next week, but when i check the next day, it was back in stock so thats when i ordered mine. either they sold out of everything in two days or they'll have an even bigger shipment come next week.

Haha, thanks for the heads up kritikal. I'm not in a rush. When you get it, you mind posting a review on how you like it? I've been looking at other suggestions from people. Might go to a camera store this weekend and get some advice.

You mite check around , I have a yery simalar waist bag by canon . It is marked " Canon digital EOS " blue .
It holds my EX-580-II flash and 35-350 w / hood or my 10-22 w / hood and EX-580-II and belt battery pack for EX-580-II .
There are pockets for extra cards , cleaning kit , slots on top for a lens pen and a ball point , 3 filters .
To be honest it's nice to carry the stuff in car / truck - but very uncomfortable around waist . It does not have a hand strap , just waist belt .

have u gotten the bag. i've been checking for the past 3 weeks and still out of stock. i am also going to nyc in mid nov and i need a sling bag and been waiting for incase to put these in stock. i emailed about it a week ago but got no replies.
